quite simply, i dont care if its "real" or not. i could be just "in my brain" or something like that or i could be floating in a different dimension. ive only had an obe 3 times but from that i do know that something is going on, and il just take it for what it is.

I've done OBE, as have many of you. It feels very real. I feel energy and some amazing things. But it might not all be as real as you think. We dream and dont feel like our bodies then, but that is (mostly) in our brains.

I'm a skeptical person, and I've had experiences that proved to me that obe has some real part to it, but I cant be sure of which parts usually.

How do you know when you obe that PART of your experience is not being generated in your brain, while not being consciously aware of it? How can you know which part (if any) is real?
