How to move past tingling stage to AP

Hey fellas! My first post in the community.. I've been reading a whole lot of Franks older posts as well as Tom Cambell's MBT and Robert Monroes three books. I've been meditating since August/September of last year using the Hemi-Sync CDs often preferring the use of Free Flow 10 or Free Flow 12. I've gotten to a certain stage in my attempt to AP and have seemed to reach a bump in the road. I was wondering if any of you guys could offer some helpful advice as to how to progress form here. This is my daily routine for meditating:

1. relax in bed listening to the tapes and achieving a state of "mind awake, body asleep" (Focus 10?)
-in this stage my entire body feels pretty numb and I am aware of my breathing but it goes along autonomously as if I were asleep. Most of the physical     sensation in my entire body is gone. I usually have a fan on and could initially feel it's breeze, but that feeling goes away once I reach this stage.
2. I focus my point of awareness at my brow chakra and imagine it expanding within the expanse of my mind
-at this point i start feeling a light tingling all throughout my arms/chest and sometimes my leg and part of my head. It almost feels like there's a field of "fuzziness/tingling" around my entire body which I can sometimes expand to become larger or smaller. Sometimes I feel as if I'm a very small point of consciousness in a huge expanse of space.. but I don't get the 3D blackness visual.

I was wondering if this "tingling" feeling is analogous to the vibration everyone talks about. Once reaching that point sometimes I try to increase the intensity of the "tingling" sensation.. when I do this it sometimes gets stronger or it goes away and beings a light fuzzy feeling. I've experienced the 3D Blackness once but that was about 2 weeks ago and have had no luck since. Anyone have any ideas on how I should progress from here? Thank you so much!

The tingling is not thje vibration.

The tingling says me, that you are not in the phase of numbness. You have to focus away from the body and not to focus (or look) if the sensations go away and you fell now nothing. With feeling nothing is meant you feal really nothing. You even dont feel, that you breathe. Make another attempt, but now with the goal to feel really nothing. You dont need to have vibrations or tingling or such stuff (ok, this stuff is cool, and one can do much with it, but for AP and OBE is it not a requirement). A full and complete feeling of really nothing is that for what you wait.

One tip for later: If you always check you body for change of the feeling, youll get an "active" course of attempt, which leads into vibration phase. If you got problems with the vibrations, try to focus really completely away from the body. No view, no feeling for sensations, no breathing technique. This "passive" course will lead to numbness without vibrations and its difficulties.

Thank you for the insight proyect, much appreciated. So you suggest that I just maintain my focus on my mental thoughts/awareness and allow my physical body to "disappear" from my mind? I give it a try and let you know how it goes :). Also, thanks for the response, I can tell that english isn't your first language and it means a lot that you took the time to type that all out!

Yes, you should not think at your physical body or our eyes. Focus on any other thing.

I can read english as fast as german (my first), and type it also with same speed. But i was a bit lazy in school when grammar was the topic.

In OOBE, I normally feel body paralysis, then vibrations throughout my body and head, sometimes roaring sensations in my ears and tunneling effect in my third eye, before getting out of my physical body.

During phasing, following Frank Kepple's explanation, I withdraw my senses to allow my attention to be caught by the internal dark/light show, and when I am in the 'dense dark zone' I can manifest my thoughts instantly. No tingly sensation experienced during the transition.
We are spirit, expressing what we will.
We act out perSONAs on our stage of iMAGEination.
We are both the dreamer & the dream.
I think therefore I am.
I am consciousness & potentiality

Thank you dreamingod for the information. I was always confused as to whether the vibrations and such were a requirement for phasing, but after much reading it seems like the vibrations are only a symptom of OBE'ing the "old fashioned" way, a.k.a. the Rope method or similar techniques. If I'm understanding correctly, I usually shouldn't be experiencing any vibrations, or roaring sensations, etc. when phasing, i assume? Dreamingod, can you provide an explanation of what the "internal dark/light show" looks like to you? I'm very curious as to what you mean by focusing your attention on the "light/dark shows". Also, could you go into detail of what the "dense dark zone" is, in terms of what you see, feel, etc.? Thank you so much for all the help!

Well, here's a progress report on how far I've gotten within the past 1-2 weeks. As a side note, I'm using the Hemi-sync Focus 12 tapes because I find they facilitate a state of mind in which I feel very relaxed. I've gotten to the point where I can no longer perceive my body unless I focus my attention towards it. For example, I can focus my awareness on my legs and then I will recognize the "border" of my physical legs. Besides that, I've found if i keep my mind focused on whatever is going on in my head I tend to forget all about my physical body - kind of like daydreaming. There's definitely a feeling a shifting my awareness. From that point I seem to see alot of flashes of light, or flashes of grids and lines. They don't have any color but the images show up for a second at most and then my eyes immediately shift around and the flashes of light disappear. The flashes of light are not crystal clear either.. they tend to be hazy and such. I was wondering if these are hypnogogic images? I've also practiced pretending to talk to my guides when I'm in the state in which I can't feel my body and there's been moments where I would be going on journeys to random places, or I'd see landscapes that I havn't thought about. Sometimes I can hear a voice telling me to "come" and othertimes I get voices rambling nonsense or yelling. The thing about these voices is that they sound crystal clear, but at the same time they sound distant and far away.. I don't know if that makes any sense but maybe you guys are familiar with experiencing such sensations? Well, that's how far I've gotten.. I'm currently practicing keeping my eyes steady whenever I perceive any flashes of lights and such.. I usually try to "steady" my eyes by forgetting all about them (putting them in the energy-conversion box), or to focus on a point off in the distance beyond the actual flashes of light. Putting my eyes in the 'box" has helped but it's still a work in progress. Perhaps you guys may have some advice on how I should progress from here? Sorry for the long post, and thanks for all the helpful advice :).
