i can feel my etheric body moving when awake

If you're trying to relax and attempt an OOBE, then this sounds like a good thing. Other than that, you may just simply mistaken but there really isn't much to go on.

Get a blood sugar check, especially if you're not feeling as normal. Eating too much at once if its already low can give a similar effect.

Honestly?
Don't really eat anything heavy.
Your body will be too busy digesting... and a digesting body makes some strange sounds and causes some weird feelings.  LoL

It's enough to distract you if you're not good at ignoring that kind of thing.
