You know... (Anyway, I can finally reach the stage in about 8 minutes!!)

When I have reached the vibration stage, I can't breathe properly!! When I tried to breathe, the vibrations will go off and I have to keep on recreating the feelings. What did you do to make your breathing easier? lol, did you take a deep breathe before relaxing?

And one more thing, are there any limits on how many AP attempts we can do per day?

Breathing problems in the context of APing are considered 'normal'.

It is believed that you dont need air during Aping however don't fret, this doesnt mean you will stop breathing...

During semi-consciousness/paralysis the body drops is breathing ratio as less energy is required, this can be very frustrating and definitely scary.

The best way to get around it is to get yourself comfortable with what the body is doing.

Once you enter vibrational stage you don't need to worry about your breath - it will happen naturally.

To answer your last question, I don't think there is a limit on the amount of time that you can project in a day. I used to have a problem where I would keeping thinking about my physical body while I was in the astral plane, which of course would snap me back in to it. As soon as I was back in my physical body, I would split from it again and go back to the astral plane. Sometimes this would happen about 6 or 7 times a night.

Ya the feeling as if breathing has stopped in very common, I do experience it sometimes.
The best way is to forget about breathing (and let it happen automatically), BEFORE you enter the vibration stage. For those who don't get vibrations, its equivalent to a state when you feel light as air and lose all sensation of the body.

You can try OBE many times in day, depending on your energy levels. But too many and long ones will leave you drained.
