Energy Body Stimulation and Kundalini?

Hi all!

Been a long time since I've been here. I searched the pages but there are sooo many I found it hard to discover if this topic had already been discussed. I also did a search so please, forgive this if it is repetious.

I have been doing Mastering Astral Projection in 90 Days by Bruce and Mercer. I use a brain wave generator as well (binural beats).

What I am wondering is if others have had this particular experience:

I believed I had blockages in my joints at the knees and elbows.

I focused then on those points by creating mental circles on my knees and elbows. ONce the energy began to stir I figured I'd unblocked those areas. So, I worked on the area above them. (upper thighs and upper arms) The energy did spread to those areas. As it did, I got a pulsing in the 1st and 2nd chakras which I'd been getting for sometime during regular meditation and breathing exercises.

This time, however, the pusling became more of a sexual feeling and it started to spread. At first I was worried that it was simply a distraction and so I kind of forced my mind off of it. But it started again and this time I heard thoughts that said, don't fight it, feel into it. So I did.

When that happened, this wave of euphoria, very similar to sexual climax (hope that is okay to say here!!!), spread from my feet over my entire body with the main sensations staying in my core (up through the center of my body). I was like, whoa! What just happened and how can I do that again? But I heard the warnings of focusing on those feelings and went back to stirring my energy body.

As I did that, a few moments later it happened again. Total euphoria and my entire body was buzzing! It was as if I had an electric current running through my body but it was warm and pleasant NOT painful.

So, I was pretty excited and kept wanting to do it again...but I couldn't force the sensation. So, I gave up and went back to "bouncing" the energy in my limbs. Once more, a wave of incredibly pleasurable energy took over my body. I felt out of of body and very in my body all at once. I wanted to sustain that incredible sensation but could not. As it reached the top of my head, I just felt this immense "fullness" which made my head feel fat...heavy...and full of pressure. It didn't hurt but felt that if I had had a hole in the top of my head a bolt of energy surely would have shot out like a canon ball!

What I'm wondering, is if others have felt this? Is it a good sign of progression (which I think it is)? Is it something I need to continue to have or is it merely an opening which will allow my energy body to function better - hopefully giving me an OOBE at some point?

As an afterthought, I also have this "man" that appears every now and then. I call him my "silver man". He is very sexual and a bit bossy but I don't see him as threatening or evil etc. At one point, when I saw him long ago, and I had just begun to get my 1st chakra throbbing (which also was a sexual feeling but very localized), he said that he was clearing my centers or something like that. Other friends were concerned by his techniques and his bossiness, and they told me to tell him to go away. To which he answered, in my mind, they are worried about you, tell them I am clearing your centers. (or something similar to that) Anybody have anything like that happen before or do you have any ideas for me? What is it? My own mind? A guide? An astral being?

I saw him again is why I brought it up. I saw him AFTER I had this first euphoric sensation. He spins me sometimes...in this abyss. Like, I see myself as a golden form and he is a silver form. He is on top of me (non sexually, I think) and then we both just spin. I have NO idea why or what that does if anything. Perhaps it is just my imagination. I don't know. Looking for possibilities and answers.

This does happen- you are activating your sacral chakra.  It can be problematic if you don't move the energy, but the way you're describing it sounds like you're spreading it throughout your whole body.  At some point this will subside, it is not an end in itself.  This won't give you an OBE, I'm not sure what part of the program you're at, but eventually you will find out that energy work is one part of projection- lots more is covered in the program.

Hmm, this is a bit troubling.  Many possibilities here- it all depends on how you feel afterwards.  First of all, does he have your permission to mess with you?  Do you feel tired and drained afterwards, can you tell him to go away and he goes?  These are ways to determine what he's about.  If he is attuning you, he will respect your boundaries.  If you feel bad and drained he may be something not quite so benign.

Like I said before, it depends on how you feel after the experience.

Yea, I think more than the sacral chakra was activated. I kept buzzing all day and into this morning. I did the Day 11 Exercise and I had only one very faint sensation of sexual energy that subsided. I did get a feeling of leaning. Kind of annoying along with feelings of my appendages lifting up or being held up. Like, my fingers and toes were lifted off the ground and straining to keep lifting. I had to check a few times to make sure they were not off the ground. They weren't. I did read where one of the rare symptoms of exiting can seem like or feel like climaxing (is that okay to say here? LOL?). But usually when that sensation happens it stops the exit. *shrug*

I've never told him to go away. But I can should he appear again. I don't see him all the time. However, since I started this energy work, I have been EXHAUSTED. EXCEPT today. I feel pretty darn good today. I also have had trouble regulating body temperature and was very very cold (which is not usually my problem I'm usually the one roasting to death in winter). But today, I feel normal again. Kind of comfortable but more hot, which is back to normal for me.  I'll tell him to go away and see if he does - should I see him again. I try not to "see" anything while meditating in these exercises.

So, in your opinion, would you say I got rid of some blockages?
