i fall asleep there standing beside me or running at me then i noctice them thay vanish what are thay. i used to see them when i was a kid but it stopped for ages and now its just started again. as soon as i dropp off to sleep i wake up see some one move i panic then thay vanish and i fall alseep.

Anything you experience within 15 seconds of falling asleep or waking up I have learned is normally a hallucination. You also may not really be waking up but having a false awakening type of out-of-body experience where you see people. Since OBEs are no different than waking reality in the level of realism it can be hard to tell.
While awake just after having an OBE I've had the following happen (completely awake within 15 seconds of the event):
-Demonic Roaring
-Scrawled writing appear on my wall
-Shadowy people or figures moving up my stars
-Glowing golden beings of light appear
-White lady ghost touching me
-People clearly talking
etc
When the mind is switching to the dream state there's a small window of time where odd things can happen. It's best to not give it much attention as whatever is happening will stop within a few seconds anyway. It's pretty safe to say that these things are meaningless hallucinations and not to worry. On the other hand if they are some real spiritual thing they don't seem to be hostile. People are generally good spirits anyway, its the things that don't look human that you might worry about.

Sleep paralysis and seeing things... I woke up from a dream and saw a witch/ghost arm trying to grab me when I was in my room only to realize I was waving my own arm in the air in front of my face. Ha! I wouldn't worry and definitely check out the topic above.
