How am I supposed to know when I'm in an ASC?

This sounds really silly:  When I'm really altered, I can't tell my eyes are closed.  I also yo-yo from AP/FarSeeing (juries still out on that one) to 'reality' in 5-15 second intervals.  But mostly it's 'seeing' in the Astral.
There is a physical limitation upon how much light a human body can sustain. Interestingly, there is no limit on how much light a human vessel can generate. When fully enlightened you must instill your light in order to maintain its wisdom.

Erm... Hello.

Am I supposed to know when I'm in an altered state of consciousness?

How do you folks know when you are?

Everytime I notice that I'm no longer having thoughts, I, uh, start having thoughts, and I seem to wake up. As though I was asleep.

This happened earlier today, when I was sitting on my sofa, listening to the remote viewing audio lesson things from Firedocs.
I need a signature that isn't stupid. :/
