Can someone who astrally projects conceivably go to a reality or whatever where characters, events, etc from Video games and/or Television Shows are real?

Because I AP'ed on purpose this morning, ran into a weird looking butterfly and got shunted off to some pretty cool places.

Anything is possible.
Your thoughts are in control of where you go. It could be a reality full of thoughtforms or a reality that's been around since the dawn of time. These have discarnates within and they have a mind of their own.
I've met T.V. characters since the 60's and other more prominent people from time gone by. Some I later found to be exactly as they were over a century ago.
Video games, Tron the film was one I experienced. I had a mission too in this one. That was quite a while back. I still remember the feel of acceleration from the light cycle. I've rode a big bike too and it had the same feel. Acceleration and corners were so weak in comparison. This was many years after the film.
James Bond, another favourite, been there wore that shirt and the ladies, well, you have to stay in character after all.
There's far more where the eye can't see.

My two locations were Goldshire from WOW, but not in game graphics, but as in real life and with real life physics as well. The other location was Neverland, the version from Once Upon a Time, in the woods in middle of the night. Emma, Snow White, Prince Charming and Hook seemed to take notice I was there. They did not look happy I was there. Looked they were going to pee almost. And plus, before I ended my travels for the morning, Charming drew some sort of small blade as well.

All of these weird travels started when a strange butterfly caused my astral self to spin in one place.

I have been to Narnia and met Prince Caspian and walked with him around the castle, saw lots of people going about their business in the courtyard. I had a conversation with him. I did perceive him looking as the actor who played that role in the movie. However, he told me that this was my perception based on my image familiarity from the movie. But he did tell me that many authors are able to perceive other worlds that already exist. The authors perceive them as dreams, inner visions, inner senses, even AP, and write stories in a form of fairy tales. These stories may come out somewhat different from the actuality of the world, because each author has his own individuality and beliefs. This world that resembled Narnia, which I visited, I could not alter by thoughts. I tried, but nothing changed. When things like this happen in my APs, I think that I had reached a more stable reality. When I really tried hard and demanded one of the towers to disappear, I popped out of that reality and ended up in a meadow. I then was able to create more trees and flowers, and that lead me to a conclusion that if there is a large number of consciousness and they together have built a world, it is hard to alter things instantaneously.

I have also been to Harry Potter's world and the Lord of the Rings. These were unforgettable experiences.

Wow, very interesting topic, would love to hear other peoples experiences as well. Since the day
I first heard about AP I've had similar locations set as goals.
Examples would be: The Iron Throne, High Hrothgar, Tatooine, Konoha, Hyrule, Rivendell
I was hoping I might even land my own Astral Travel show on the Discovery Channel ;p

Unfortunately, I haven't left my neighborhood yet, there's way too much cool stuff going on around here.

it definitely is cool all the places that can be got to.

I've been to Westeros, beyond the Wall of GOT, and loads of other places, some even modern day and on Earth.

Barristan Selmy, Jamie Lannister, Crowley are just a few of the loads of characters I have walked alongside of at some point in my travels.

It would be awesome to read where other people went (as long as they want to share) and who or what other people talked with or walked alongside.

For *ANYTHING* to exist within this physical reality, it must first be thought up... that happens elsewhere, and becomes just as real as any reality you can experience.

I visit Cartoon land often and once in awhile have found myself either in a wrestling ring or watching others in them. My father had some good friends that were WWF/Big Time wrestlers, so I used to go to watch them when I was a child.

Very cool. Are you talking about Crowley from Supernatural? I'm gonna hope I don't bump into him in an OBE anytime soon
Although I'll take a ride in Dean's Chevy Impala If I get the chance ^__^

Out of curiosity, what method/approach do you use to obe?

Thanks very much!

Yeah, I've run in Supernatural Crowley before. I wasn't antagonistic or anything I and made it from that encounter intact.

Since at least 2001 until around 2011 I have been using this talisman that was said to get the body to Astral with little to no effort. i know it wasn't the talisman itself, or the words of the chant, it basically was a placebo. But the travels were real. I have been eschewing this 'talisman' lately though in favor of learning to project the 'hard way.' It hasn't been very hard for me to grasp and do, so I do not view it as a very hard thing to do.

But my main thing now is to relax to the point of where I can feel my own body shutting down for the night. When I am nearly completely under, I mentally recreate the sensation of going up and down in an elevator. After awhile, on the last up movement, I project. I feel it's loads better not to focus at all where I want to go to, until after I actually project. Otherwise my "I'm gonna go there!' thoughts distract me.
