Has anyone else experienced (while in ?F3) looking 'up' at a 3D starfield against a black background and while gazing upon in notice an intest agoraphobia-like sensation while looking 'up' at it?
I'm not afraid while looking at it, but the sensation I get is a cross between my mind being bombarded by intense pressure and wanting to look away at the same time.
Sometimes I'm able to get past that and do some of the neat things like 'focus' on a star and goto it and seeing it up close as a ball of ?cheese and a ?blue-moon orbiting it.
Other times I see an overlay of somewhat transparent clouds against the 'sky' and when I see the clouds the pressure isn't as intense. I remember when that happened once and a 'window' opened up and I went through it to find myself at someones house remote viewing them getting out of bed and putting their clothes on. Btw, time was greatly sped up, I'd say 5-10 times, and I heard no sounds.
Anyone have any ideas on this? If so please chime in, Thanx!
Of course. This is the astral bridge way, or Monroe's Focus 21 state. Frank, who was a moderator on this forum, used to call this state FZero (do a search and you will find a lot). Other names it is called are the following: The void, 3d blackness, velvety blackness, grey fog (can appear that way sometimes).
When I go there it feels awe inspiring, but I also feel like I was dropped off in the middle of nowhere....basically I feel extremely lonley.

Hope that helps, and good job!

PS. the intense pressure will stop once it fully comes into focus and you allow yourself to Merge into it (instead of gazing at it)
