Interesting words form the spirit world on sleep journeys

Greetings all,

So I was discussing AP etc with a lady this afternoon who is with out doubt one of the finest and most incredible mediums and psychics alive today.

She asked the spirit world around 20 years ago, where she went and what she did in here sleep "they told her be carful what you wish for" she pushed it and asked them to show her. The following three nights she became lucid and found herself traveling with one of her helpers and she found herself in the middle east in a room full of people in a building that was derelict with no running water or electric and appalling conditions. There were people laid on dirty mattresses with no medical care and in pain so bad they couldn't even make a sound. She found their suffering really quite disturbing and similarly horrific suffering was shown to her the following couple of nights.

She subsequently said she has see enough. The spirit world told her the day after that we visit places and scenarios in our sleep that we can learn and grow from that we could not face emotionally in the psychical world. But since our spirit is so much more resilient we can cope with facing so much more in our spirit state.
They also went on to remind her that much is taught and learned on a subconscious level from experiences that needs no words or verbal explanation but registers deep within our consciousness and develops our awareness and emotional intelligence etc.

Interesting I thought and maybe thats another reason why we don't remember all our sleep journeys. Maybe this isn't what all of us do in our sleep, but it seemed it was a something she had needed or chosen to do at some level.

Very interesting, it puts insight into these tests we find while asleep. It makes retrievals more valuable to us on a personal development aspect.

Thanks everyone, im sure your right! To be clear she was also talking about her visits to locations in this world and the spirit world, so not only the entirely subconscious realms but locations where she would meet with helpers and talk about her work ahead and experience those described.
