I have read that there are certain people who do have a body on another planet.
Seems to me that when you take time out of the equation, everything that you will ever do is happening at the same moment, so in that sense I would say yes.

Yes I have read about that too. It seems to be a kind of "nested" or "convoluted" incarnation mode, done by highly evolved species.
You incarnate as an "ET" (from our perspective here!) but you are more "light" and can leave your body easily. You can hibernate your current body and go to another body on another planet until you "die" there and go back to your "ET body". Only when you "die" there (or leave voluntarily) you go to the Source / "spirit side" again.
Dolores Cannon describes such cases in her books. It is interesting but besides the transcripts of hynotically regressed people we do not have anything to cling to in order to prove it. I believe anything is possible in the universe. So, why not?

To my understanding we're living all our experiences at the same time and with intent we can access those other experiences. Since time is an illusion all lives, experiences past, present, future are happening simultaneously
