It should be possible to morph into the 4th dimension completely

Body and everything, we should be able to come and go as we pleased. Trapped in matter, how fun is that?
Priests of hippocratic love talk of peace and Christ, Power is their only goal. Now they all shall die.

What?  You mean like move our entire physical bodies into the non-physical?

What exactly would be the point of that?  :)

We already have the ability to shift our focus of awareness around to just about anywhere we wish... that's about as free as it gets.  :)

Monk

Not exactly your body is the one that should be moving, more like your "perspective" that should be "moving".

If I may offer a maxim borrowed twice: "When you change the way you look at things, the things you look at change."
They say hope begins in the dark...
But most just flail around in the blackness, searching for their destiny...
The darkness... For me... Is where I shine.

I can relate to what you're saying.  If our bodies are indeed the product of the mind, as some would suggest, based on quantum physics--then there should be a way to completely shift our focus into another dimension completely without having to come back to this physical dimension.

But I guess the best way to find out is to experiment in the phase.  Oh well, it's nothing more than armchair conjecture at this point.  I really need to learn to master the phase and see for myself. :-(

Ha ha I forgot to add, "Without having my family going through the hardship of losing a family member." My bad lol  :-D

They both used it, IIRC.  I think Caprica uses it also.

I wonder when we move into the 4th
I heard there are children these days who can access that
Seems it's best to move into one of these areas. Maybe my hometown's not on the "grid"

based on quantum physics

I can't even describe how depressing it is when people do this to quantum theory. Please read a book, written by a scientist who actually knows what quantum theory is. Stephen Hawking's "The Grand Design" is very short and written for the layman, a great explanation.

Let me put it to you this way.  My goal, regarding astral projection, is to know as much as I can of the state itself--and to be able to do that, I feel, (theory) based on its thought-responsive nature, I have to adapt the mind of a child(don't have any assumptions/believe nothing is impossible) in order to fully understand it.  Keep in mind that I won't believe or disbelieve anything unless there's undeniable proof.  So some physicists believe, according to their "theories", that our bodies are the product of the mind.  At this point I'm not sure if there's any veracity to this--so, I'm going to experiment in the Astral to see if this is possible at all. Now this might sound deluded to some, but I have an inquisitive mind and I like to push the envelope.  I'm all about turning experience into knowledge so if this depresses you, well that's too bad.

When you put it that way....

Which physicists are you talking about? I'd be interested to read about their theories.

Most of them theorize that consciousness creates reality or is some kind of simulation (simulism):

Thomas Campbell (Nuclear Physicist) - My Big Toe (book)

Edward Fredkin (Physicist) - digital reality

Nick Bostrom (Physicist) - are you living in a computer simulation (paper)

Brian Whitworth (Physicist) - the physical world is a virtual reality (paper)

Jim Elvidge (Physicist) - the universe solved (book)

Eugene P. Wigner (Physicist) - "it will remain remarkable, in whatever way our future concepts may develop, that the very study of the external world led to the scientific conclusion that the content of the consciousness is the ultimate universal reality." (quote)

Keep in mind that to me, they're only theories.  My main interest is to know through experience (experimentation) not arguing in the armchair.
