Ignore the itches.
IGNORE IGNORE IGNORE!
Thats your key to sucess. They will come sooner or later if you itch them. You have to practice ignoring them so they do not bug you. Mr. Bruce wrote about itches in "Astral Dynamics", you should have a read.

No worries I will when I decide to invest in a copy! Give me a week or two or something. The thing is it's nearly impossible to forget about them! Only when I try to relax is when I get the amazing sensation of the itch on top of another itch...feels amazingly annoying!
Anyways, I probably could've found a guide of Robert Bruce's method somewhere in here. I was mostly asking if anyone had different approaches to them, not just complete ignorance.
I am having a real hard time with itches as well as little coughs. Lately I have also gotted a vierd neck thing where my neck is sort of loose and cracks once in a while like knuckles. Very uncomfortable
I actually like itches.. I've conditioned myself to actually find them pleasureful somehow. I think it's something I developed from marching band/drum line when you're supposed to stay perfectly still for long periods of time, etc., but then your foot itches or your back, or whatever and it's a big pain in the butt but you still have to stand still. I still scratch an itch if I'm easily able to do so out of second nature, but when I can't reach the itching part of my body, or when I'm laying around meditation and don't feel like it, I just think of it like something along the lines of mild tickling.. hard to describe in detail but it works. Just try not to think of it as a nusance and enjoy it and it shouldn't be much of a problem.
Hmm, trying to think how a mild tickling would work...I mean it could, but it would take sooo much practice. No more than 2 weeks or so of never scratching I think.
What's more interesting, my right pointer, the very tip has a dull pain now, almost like that growth pain everyone gets when they're younger. kinda cool too...maybe I could slightly focus on it as more important when I get an itch. I'll let you guys know asap if that works...(Major Payne says: "I can show ya how to fiax that broken leg...let me just see your pinkah..." "ahhhhh! my finger!" "yep! works every time!")
Oh yes! BTW I needed to kill 2 birds with one stone...test edit AND tell ya guys about this. I have SOOOO much energy now, physically, is that because I'm excercising that part of me that never got excercised before?

You can do it! Take it one step at a time to ignore them.
I've been trying to oobe for not long, and this is by far the most annoying thing in the world, more annoying than the country music blaring all distorted next door, or the drunken coworkers coming by to say hi (over and over and over and ow that can hit me right there, dang it!)
What I'm asking is for a way to completely block them out. You can't remove them with earmuffs, it would be next to impossible to really concentrate on them since they pulse when you do that, causing my muscles to tense up and spaz. No, this isn't because I'm clean, it's because I live in a humid environment and stickiness is all too common here.
Anyone?
