What do you mean? Are you checking non-physical by doing reality checks in your mind or are you physically moving?
What happens after you use this technique?

Moving "past" (I use quotes because it's not so much a place as it is a perspective of consciousness) focus 22 is all about your focus and clarity of consciousness. To experience reality for what it truly is is about removing the fuel your mind will be using to create your surroundings.

Thats why i say filter out the rubbish we donte need with mindfull meditation. to clear are drams/ non phisical.
