Welcome to the Astral Pulse! [] There is a lot of good information available in the area you write about. To just follow-up on the comments by Nagual, I also would recommend that you start reading all you can on OBE and AP.

Visit this website http://www.astralpulse.com and click on where it says training towards the top of the page. Read over the articles and treatises by Robert Bruce for some excellent information and guidance. You may also want to read Astral Dynamics as it is an excellent manual for OBE and Energy Body Development.

Take advantage of the search engine here at the forum, located at the top of the page. Also read over some of what is available in our File Library.

There are also other authors who have written books on OBE/AP that you may wish to add to your reading list. A few of them are: Robert Monroe; Scott Rogo; Robert Peterson and William Buhlman. Another good bood is The Projection of the Astral Body by Sylvan Muldoon & Hereward Carrington.

Hello, i am new to the subject of obe's, i have however been studying lucid dreams and i had my first controlled, long duration dream yesterday, i want now to progress from these dreams to astral projection and then to hopefully an out of body experience, i have become disillusioned with the ways of explaining life and i wish to find the answers myself, i hope to know any good methods of acheiving these states of conciousness,
