OK. So Last night I thought I'd end the day with a short meditation. After a couple minutes, I started to fall asleep sort of(I was tired). Anyway, you know those pre-dream images? Well, I guess I was seeing those and then I was... Uhm How do I say this? Basically I got caught up in a mini-dream type thing, but I was still half-awake, and someone said something funny? and I laughed - physically. The laughing jolted me fully awake and I I was left with vague memories of the ... funny scenario. But it just doesn't make sense, really.
Well. I don't know. It was just really weird/random. Anyone know what I'm talking about here?
bet everyone thought you were nuts then.
"what were you laughing at"
"eh..i dunno" haha
I've done that many, many times over my years. I don't know why you would want to question it and why it would seem weird to you. Would you have embraced it had it been something negative? Did you come away with a smile?
Nothing strange to me... just go with it.
Sunn, probably lol.
Nay, I didn't take it as something negative at all. In fact, I thought it was kind of funny. I was just curious to see if people themselves have gone through such a thing. (and I guess so!)

Yes. And my husband said "what's so funny?" and I honestly didn't know- the memory was lost as soon as I woke up. But I swear it
was funny!
I guess I need to laugh more!
Sounds completely natural to me. I find myself lost in thought and before I know it I'm grinning ear to ear with no idea I had changed expressions. I always think of funny things, so I always wonder what someone would think watching me. One moment I'm stone faced and suddenly smiling for no apparent reason.
Quote from: runlolathis happens to me too
a telepath (who is also a psychologist) once told me this is caused by repressed laughter
LOL! I have to disagree, I laugh allllll the time... no laughter repressed here.

That's good to hear!
