my name is luke , and i am new here!!

im an energetic healer , and as such i travel into the astrals each time i meditate...
i can do this quiet easily...

however i want to do an etheric projection into real time... I have robert bruce's amazing book.

i am wondering if someone has a really good technique to do an etheric projection for someone who is already familiar with a similar type of projection... cheers guys looking forward to a great conversation...

I've got a feeling. When you travel, are you sure it is the astral body you are using, or does it feel more like a shift in your awareness (no form) into different levels or planes. Some of these areas I would think are quite familiar to you because you go there often, but other times you find yourself somewhere you haven't been yet. Maybe these are more interesting for you. Please tell me if this is incorrect, I can take it

Try sitting and just focus your Intent on what you are choosing to do. See it in your mind's eye as "you experiencing it", then let go of the picture completely. Let it happen for you. I think you might find it easy after one or two tries. For me the simplest approach is the most effective,

try visualizing the area around you and get a good feel for the energy in the area once you are ready to project. As you are an experienced projector already this should come quite easily for you to accomplish.
