Wet Projection

No its not that perverts. I'm talking about involving water into your astral experience...

Today I tried astral projection and meditation in the shower. It was very interesting, but I couldn't seem to get it working because my heart would start pounding from the sudden difficulty in breathing due to the moisture of the shower...

What I did was I turned of all the lights in the bathroom but left the shades open, so it would be dark but with some natural light. I then adjusted the temperature of the water to be around equal to my body temperature, because when you start meditating you will become more sensitive to the heat or coolness of the water. I moved my body so the very front of the shower spray would be around the center of my head, I let my head lower and the water go on my neck. I also had an inbuilt ventilation thing in my bathroom turned on.

That was the how I went about an enjoyable water meditation.

Tomorrow ill try this in bath and tell you what I do.

sounds nice! baths are much greater as you don't need to keep yourself standing up and just lay there and go with the flow

I thought a shower might work because you could "wash" your astral body away from your physical, however I will try a bath.
