I regularly notice when I'm dreaming but I follow it along I can think and it feels as everyone says very lucid. But I don't feel i control I can't change the dream or do whatever I want it is more like a movie and I'm the main character. I choose everything I do but there is nothing special I can do it's like a script. Is there anyway to break this train.

Hi,
Try to wake yourself up just a little. This usually works to give you lucidity where you are in control. The dream may dissapear if you wake too much, if so and you've not awake physically, think of somewhere close by that feels safe and imagine you're actually there.
Safe travels
There's far more where the eye can't see.
Close your eyes and open your mind.

Thanks next time I notice I'm in a dream I'll try that.

Try to program your mind with a simple wish or command before you go to sleep. Tell yourself you will stay consciously aware as you dream and you can take control of it at will. I say everynight before I go to sleep. "By my act of WILL, I RELEASE my focus over my physical body. Please TAKE ME to your desired destination. SHOW ME what I need to SEE. TEACH ME what I need to LEARN. AWAKEN me in my dreams to show me I am dreaming, so I may REMEMBER them, so I may LEARN from and ENJOY them".
This form of Brain Entrainment works excellent. Those capitalized words you visualize as kind of fading into the darkness before your eyes.
Good Luck and Safe Travels!  :-)

Thanks that is going to be hard to remember but I'll try. I problemis (I just woke up) when I dream and realisse that I am dreaming I always want to continue it and see what will happen next so I  can't help myself but go with the flow. It's like a dream you can never see again and that no one else can see so my head is telling me to enjoy it.

There is another way too, it's called rescripting. I found that if I was in a Dream and I awoke, but didn't like the outcome of that dream, I would close my eyes and go back into it, but this time i would have full control. I'm sure this is akin with the Wake back to bed technique that is in the stickies, but I don't leave my bed at all. I just awaken, close my eyes and go back and rescript the dream to my own liking. You can do this many times for one dream, you just have to know that you can and you will!  :-)
Good Luck and Safe Travels!  :-)

If you want to continue your lucid dream then start doing reality checks to control your dream.
