I have a question for all those who can experience the astral commonly. I am just wondering how much television do you watch in a week? And how many times do you visit the astral, on average, in a week?

I don't own a TV so my answer would be I don't watch TV full stop.

I visit the astral probably 17 times per week.

I only watch an hour a day (if that) and I project about 20-25 times a year.
