Merkabah

Has anybody else here gone through the process of the merkabah meditations?  I haven't seen anybody compare experiences from OBE's with merkabah experiences online.  I am dreaming and anything is possible.  I haven't yet had a full astral projection or a full merkabah experience to see what's on the other side I am dreaming and anything is possible, though I know both are forthcoming very soon  .  How are the OBE's and the merkabah experiences different?

I like the Merkabah article Bedeekin.  Last year I was laying in bed and, out of the blue, had a distinct sensation of two opposite forces rotating around me in opposite directions.  I thought something really bad was happening to me, yet I was intrigued by the sensation.  I told someone what I experienced and she simply told me to look up "Merkabah", and read what it is.  Fascinating the merkabah is, everybody has this lightbody.  "Metatron This Is the Clarion Call" is a good read about it.
