Astral Projection Preconditions

I noticed that for me astral projection may only done, if my energy body is reloaded. For general astral projections i stretch out and together in my room the energy body,
so new energy in the air can flow in.Maybe so this body has got enough new energy to "travel"...

For me, I don't do anything to do with the energy body.  Or chakras for that matter.  I sit on the fence regarding these matters.  

I meditate occasionally and gets lots of sleep.  Oh, and live, eat and breathe astral projection.  And think about my dreams a lot.  

And I'm particularly good at relaxing, even though I say so myself.  :peace:

And I'm modest about it all.

There are other strange things happening , too byside the limits of imagination.

The simpliest way of these beings (or youself) can be
that of suck up your dreamstream, to guide you or to shift you out to remember the purpose of your current state.

Other things you can notice are these of syncronity or precognition.But let them just be as it is.There are still other strange things happening.You see, there is always another greather abyss , you just noticed that you learned your small face, trying to catch up yourself in the greather abyss and to find a relation to yourself into the middle one in your heart, which is often very dusk and you trying always to hold you on the surface, while another part of you  hides from yourself.

Beyond all safety the magical aspect is to search for a ever higher reality or to project astrally.Beyond this both the smallest and the biggest are just unwritten pages in the space of your creative imagination and expression of your passions.

I noticed my e-body is emitting time and light  i sense the off-range, by the will seeing more than there is, you can say forced clairvoiance or aurareading, as i solved some dusk matters arround it.I also noticed amplified attraction regarding from others, maybe because my energy body is already that diffrent.It is like putting the light bulb on and the night creatures a coming to get you

As for energy bodies and the like, I personally consider what you believe to be as true as you want it to be. For those who want chakras to exist, things will move to accept that reality for them. For the rest of us, we don't have to give it a second thought.

In other words, if you believe in something strongly enough, it's true. Although because an intoxicated man can see a bunny doesn't mean there is actually a bunny.

It very true what u say, I agree if this counts, I think the bodies are holders of believes, as each part of the body can save experiences and links of past life.
I had a wierd idea about Remoteviewing: If u want to RV the physical plane  u need to get to the theta state,
but if u want to RV the creative process u need a strong alpha state inside, by mixing them up u get
also a diffrent insights, well if u want to RV what one has done in Dreams, Reality, and whisches for the future u need to tune in the acashic records, which is the communication factor which includes that all.

lol i dont know much about the energy body, but i had an intense feeling of pressure where the third eye is supposed to be when i was young and knew nothing about the chakras or third eye. i found out that i could focus on it and create a feeling of pressure at will. i didnt know what it was but it definitely is something you can experience
