Yelling myself awake

Many nights before I go to bed I sit outside on my front porch and watch the moon or the stars or the dark. Last night, I came in and immediately hit the sack. I was doing some noticing and suddenly, I was back sitting on my front porch. Then out of the darkness a guy on a bicycle rode up very quickly and was about 4 feet in front of me, which shocked the living bejeezus out of me and I yelled "Hey!!". But my body also yelled out in bed and totally woke me up.

 awesome!  I am always asking my roommate if he hears me yelling or talking in my sleep, he hasnt so far, but I am always worried when I phase if I am talking out loud.  That sounds like a crazy experience!  I hate when sudden things like that just come out of the blue and freak you out.
