I have been meditating sitting up tonight and Ive been able to get some visuals and the sensation of being spun but my as the sensations have been growing more intense my eyes start to twitch and it breaks my concentration any ideas on what to do?

You are tensing up.
This was a terrible problem for me in my early months of phasing. It was right up there with hyperventilation. You usually find that is your eyes are doing that twitchy thing that your whole back has tensed up too. Just start over.

In the most metaphoric sense, you are pushing to get there rather then allowing yourself to 'be pulled'.

I think it was mentioned by Lionheart before that covering your eyes can help too, though that was more for if your eyes want to start opening. But definitely first off, relaxation. :3 I am certainly guilty.
Take to the sky, feeling so alive! Past the clouds to the Milky Way, share our secrets with the starry brigade. The stars surround us like a million fireflies. For once I see infinity... it's in your eyes.

I have never experienced that problem while meditation.

Try stretching your eyes out a bit before you begin to practice.
Look around in all directions as far as is comfortable for you without straining too much.
Then close your eyes tightly for a few seconds (don't do it too long, cause the extra pressure isn't really all that healthy), then release.
Do this routine a few times...

THEN begin practice.  I find this works wonders to get rid of ANY and ALL eye problems.

Covering my eyes really, really helps. But my eyes don't twitch per se. It's just that my left eye tends to open just a tiny bit and wants to stay open. Projecting while the room is completely dark also helps but the air flow can dry my eye out pretty fast. But for me this is a good sign since it only happens when I'm only moments away. But then again, isn't that always the case?
It ain't what you don't know that gets you into trouble. It's what you know for sure that just ain't so.
