my method for AP

ok im VERY new to this , but  ive been having the side effects ie vibrations,jerking of the body whilst sleeping from a very small age. i had my first AP experience last nite, and i cannot stop having them,im personally too scared to have them cause im scared of ghosts and demons.

so basically ill explain how i got my first AP exp in like the first 10-20 mins.

1. before going to bed, meditate, just relax your whole body and get your breathing right.

2. now when you are relaxed and lying in your bed pretend your spirit is coming out of your body, do this for a few mins.

3. Now bascially clear your mind with ALL thoughts , let your head be clear for a 1 WHOLE minute.

4. i dont know if this would work with others but definetly worked for me, FILL YOUR HEAD WITH AS MUCH THOUGHTS AS POSSIBLE!, you should have soo many thoughts in ur head that it is impossible to focus on any one of them.

5.  now just try to fall asleep, but not a DEEP sleep.

6.  normally for me at this step when im about to fall asleep it feels like someone is jerking my WHOLE body or specific parts, it feels like i have a tonne of rocks all over my body.  when this happens just ignore it, i cant really explain how but theres a time when u quickly roll out of ur body, if you dont do it exactly at this time you either wake up or go into a deep sleep.

7. i dont know about others but me personally i can wake myself up from a sleep whenever i want, so if step 6 is unsuccessful i just wake myself up and repeat step 5.  I FIND IT MUCH EASIER TO AP WHEN I KEEP WAKING MYSELF UP ON PURPOSE CAUSE IT KEEPS MY MIND AWAKE AND BODY ASLEEP.
but i dont know if there are alot of people who can wake themself up from a sleep whenever they want.

Thank you for sharing your technique with us.  It may well work for some people here.  Anyways... I read and replied to your other post on the forums here.  I am very inspired by your motivation to help others here by suggesting your method, even though APing might be something that you personaly find to be horrifying.

don't worry about that, a widely shared opinion is that demons don't exist and ghosts can't hurt you (Y)

A widely shared opinion was that the earth was flat, too. Heck, there's even this opinion floating around that astral projection can't be done. Opinions don't mean a thing.

I'm not going to talk you out of your fear of ghosts and/or demons, but consider the possibility that they are drastically different from the common conception of them. And thank you for your outline. I plan on trying it out soon.

some would defy you to say one thing that is true and not just an opinion (by that i mean a matter of perception, theory, or "fact" which we can't be sure of anyway)

i however would not challenge you to this...but i will say that saying "opinions don't mean anything" is a fools statement.

and i heard that people never thought the world was flat at all, it's just because maps of the earth were flat in history so historians later presumed they thought the world was flat...but i can't be sure on that...so go easy on me on that one.

you can consider all you want...i'd rather go out there and see for myself...which i have...and i have never come across a real demon

Yeah, i agree, we dont know anything for certain because it is belief that structures reality, the only thing that we can be sure of is that theres powerful energy and plenty of it. As far as angels and demons go, i feel it is a symbolic expression being reletive to the beings that experience their presence. Some beings may be so powerful that they are percieved as demonic forces. But all in all, everything is God, All is love. All is one.

Now this is an actual fools statement. There are certainly laws of nature that couldn't care less what you think.
Tell gravity it's just my opinion when you jump off a ten story building. I bet you splat, even if it's not your opinion.

1. it was a challenge but hey didn't think anyone would notice...
i don't speak my opinion, i speak ultimate truth. oh now theres a bold statement!
.....It was a fools statement. Opinions mean a great deal. That much is clear to the average joe.

2. laws of nature don't think silly...i don't plan on telling gravity anything. Gravity and everything else are forces you could ignore if you wanted to. Basically everything on this physical plane is given meaning by our opinions and theories...something only seems undeniably true because you think it is.

3. i didnt say that wasn't his idea. I was just stating thats what i would do.

4. My last statement was a lie...but saying how real demons are only gives rise to pointless debate and disagreement and would do no good for Themasters projection problem.
