My Morning Projection

I had another astral awareness experience that I want to write down and share.  I hadn’t planned on trying for any conscious exits, so this is quite spontaneous.

I woke up around 7am this morning and went the bathroom, came back and just tried to get back to sleep as normal as I felt rather tired from a frustrating day prior.  Anyway, as soon as I dropped back to sleep I found myself in the non-physical with an astral awareness!  I was quite shocked really.

I believe what occurred was a Focus 2 oC experience.  Anyway, the environment was someone’s house and there was a party of sorts going on.  I walked up to a random stranger and began talking to them, trying to see whereabouts I was (F2 or F3)… the gentleman I spoke with didn’t see “all there” and he had some trouble making words, so if it could have been something manifested by my own mind, or it could have been someone dreaming… this would throw some wrenches in my “no sharing dreams” thing.  LOL  Oh well, I remain skeptically open.  :)

I asked him for any information, like his address or something… and I mentioned to him where I lived, and he agreed and said the same city.  To which he also replied “54..” then a pause like he was really trying to think hard about it “54 Rustyax”.  Now, I know no such road exists where I live… but I noted it down anyway.  I didn’t get much more information out of him about that.

We began to walk elsewhere, to which I began to attempt to explain where exactly we were, I mentioned to him that we were in the non-physical and that he could possibly be dreaming.  I remember mentioning how physically real the non-physical felt, even though we “call it” the non-physical.  I picked up a dog which looked like one of the first dogs I owned, and began petting it, noting to myself how real and lively it seemed.  I noted that the gentleman had a crutch or limp of some kind with some kind of metal gadget hooked up to help him walk.

We proceeded into the basement where a few other people were there watching, what looked like Lord of the Rings on the TV.  A few seconds after that, I abruptly woke up.  It was a really quick wake up too, immediate shift to black and back in my bed.  I didn’t even have time to realize I was coming to.  Total time projecting felt like 5 minutes.

I also forgot to post this one: http://unlimitedboundaries.ca/2011/02/05/morning-projection-friday-february-4th/
It's my first ever conscious exit projection!  I had it, well, on the 4th!  :)

That was great Xanth! I thing that he might have said Rusty axe,as i googled the address he gave you,not that gives you any answers, but who knows? It's possible that he was dreaming,as many times I have seen in my dreams working TV with real movies on them,or pc screens, mobile phones ect.But he would never believe you when you said to him that he is dreaming :D But on the other side If hi had believed you he would change to astral awareness and then he could speak with you with bigger understanding I guess

I wonder how easily it would be to increase someone else's conscious awareness?
He didn't seem to realize, even after I explained it, that we were in a "dream".

Well I bet it's hard but imagine that the person is really near to that  level of awareness(if he is having an lucid dream),that you only need to tell him "Hey we are astral projecting" or something and the switch flips?Your very first astral buddy

Could 54 Rustyax be a word play on something, like Occam's Razor or Thor's Hammer? I would also ponder over the number.

Hallo Xanth
I'm sort of curious about a couple of things regarding your projection.
Was the exit of your consciousness from your physical body more like a 'classic' OBE or was it a phase?
Also the location that you visited, could it have been a BST? I am really not well acquainted with the various focus levels (F2 or F3?) so am wondering if it was not a BST then where that location might have been?

It was a direct Phase.  It was just completely spontaneous, as I didn't consciously try to induce it.  I was quite shocked when I appeared there and immediately noticed I was in the non-physical.

As for "where" it was... your guess is really as good as mine.

I've come up with a couple thoughts... it could have been a BST, I "thought" I saw a family member there, but I could be wrong...
It could have been someone else's dream, which yes, I know, would go against my belief of dream sharing of sorts... but I do remain skeptically open on such matters.  LoL

So yeah, honestly, I haven't a clue... the guy seemed quite "out of it"... meaning he could have been a manifestation of my subconscious or he really could have been someone dreaming... or just some being that was really slow.

When I'm fully lucid in a dream the other people rarely respond at all when spoken to.

I've spoken to astral inhabitants that didnt speak back but I got the impression that they were trying to communicate on some level that I just wasnt able to pick up on.

When partially lucid in who-knows-where I often find myself trying to make other people lucid, telling them they are dreaming. I try to show them they can fly. I often find myself flying around leading someone I know by the hand showing them round.

By partially lucid I mean I'm aware of the fact I'm in the non-physical and that I can fly etc, but I dont question anything and I'm still missing that part of my waking awareness that holds my objectives, and spiritual goals.

Congrats on the first conscious projection.

Very nice experience Xanth!
I also tell people they are dreaming and all they do is start to giggle and have an empy look in their eyes. Or they say it isn't true.
And once I asked my brother in an LD how old he was. He just laughed a bit and said: I'm not all there.  :-D
I hope to have another experience soon, it's been a while.  :-(

Blis, thanks man.  :)

I know that "not complete awareness" thing... I completely forget all my goals when I'm just lucidly aware and I generally end up just flying around, cause it's something I've always enjoyed doing. LoL

As for the communication... the "Rustyax" was something that I'm not sure he so much said as much as I "saw" it somehow.  I'm not entirely certain what we going on...

Timandra,
Back a few years ago, I had a projection which I didn't realize was a projection at the time, but looking back on it now I'm 100% certain of it.  It was in my bedroom in my parents house where I lived.  I appeared in my bedroom at the time, and I came upon my father who looked very much "out of it", to which the only thing he said to me in a very glassy-eyed, not all there way... was "Congratulations".  Now that I look at it, he was congratulating me on my projection.  LoL  But it was the craziest thing.  hehe

So yeah, I totally understand the strangeness.  :)

I'm sure you'll have an experience very soon!  Since September, I've seemed to have 1 or 2 a month... mostly spontaneously.  I'm hoping now that I've had a small success with a conscious exit that they'll come a bit more frequently too.

Now you just have to consistently exit, Xanth.

I know, easier said then done  :|

Yeah really... much easier said that done.  hehe

Names are something that always come out strange for me.  I asked one once who they were, and they said "King Cab" lol.  I think it could be just our own interpretation of the energy that does that :)

I had another experience back in October, I believe, when I managed to try to find out information on someone... and it was a young girl, who I asked her name, and she said "Cardiff"... which could be a name or the city... who knows.

But yeah, I do agree that it could definitely be an interpretation of some kind.  I just don't know of what.  hehe

The only lucid dream I had so far was in a small town where the houses had the owner's names on each door, instead of house-numbers.  I thought was pretty cool.  I'm guessing perhaps they're waiting for loved ones to die so they can be found easier maybe
