Instructions for downloading are on the page.

It's what I've been using lately.
Please enjoy.

And please let me know if there are any issues.  :)
Also, please remember, when saving the file, to rename it with a RAR extension.

what's the purpose of that frequency?

The 4hz?
Supposed Theta waves...

I've based most of my Binaurals around it, and it seems to be nice.

I forgot to mention that the background frequency is around 100hz... so it's nice and low.  Very friendly to the ear.

Can one's headphones/speakers actually reproduce that frequency? Or does it not matter?

It's a binaural beat.  So you'll want to use this with Stereo Headphones.
You can just pump it through normal speakers, like on your computer... and you should still 'hear' the binaural frequency... but it won't be as effective.

The actual binaural frequency is created in your brain from the two hemispheres working synchronously.

What is the purpose of the frequency getting back up to 32 khz at the end? I have seen many people to their beats like that, but I do not get the idea. Should not the beat leave you in the desired obe state?

The beat is designed to take you slowly down to 4hz... then after a period of 40 minutes, safely return you back to full waking consciousness.

The idea of using a tool such as a binaural beat is to learn what the particular state you're aiming for feels like, so you can replicate it yourself without the use of the tool.  :)

It's a training aid only.  Eventually you'll have to take off the training wheels.  ;)

if you created it in bwgen, would you be able to just upload the generator file instead of wav format?
it should be a much smaller file that way.

Yeah!  I can definitely do that for ya!

I just exported it now... apparently it's only 5k.  LOL  So nice.  :)

I'll upload it today and provide a link for ya.

EDIT: Ok, the BWG file is available for download.  Again, it's listed as a JPG for uploading purposes... please change the file extension upon downloading to BWG then you can import it directly into BWGen.  :)

EDIT2:  I've converted and uploaded it in MP3 format.  85mb now.  And it retains all its Binaural Awesomeness.   Enjoy!
