Is this sensation to do with AP?

Last night when I was trying, my arms went really numb. They felt like they were floating, then they started to rise by themselves. It was like they were inching upwards bit by bit. I would have kept going but was disturbed by my sister. I was just wondering if I was close with this, or if this is something completely unrelated?

You were extremely close to ap.

Think of it like this...

If you take a bowl of water which is the same temperature as your hand, then put your hand into the water, what happens?  What do you feel?
If you close your eyes, it should feel like your hand doesn't exist anymore and it's expanded into the surroundings.  This is because you can't tell where your hand ends and the water begins because it's all the same.

Well this is the same thing which happens when you ignore the physical enough to the point where you're "numb"... there's no more sense of where your body ends and the rest of reality begins.  This provides the sense of expanding... obviously you haven't physically expanded anywhere, you've just lost the sense of physical boundaries due to the lack of physical sensations.

As for me... I don't break things down into "physical" and "non-physical" anymore, because I see them both as one in the same.  Nothing is a "Projection", yet at the same time EVERYTHING is a "Projection".
