Greetings,

Earlier I read the Frank Kepple Resource on Phasing.  I have never projected before.  Can someone direct me to a page where I can learn the techniques?  Also, do I have to have any Hemi-Sync CDs to do this?  (The Gateway Series sounds interesting but costs almost $500!)  In other words, I want to fly but don't have the dough to blow.

Thanks,

Puzzledwoeman

Frank has a number of great posts on here regarding techniques and experiences for phasing. I would recommend reading through the Astral FAQ section. Below is one of his intro's to phasing and can be found in the FAQ section as well.

Reality is what you perceive it to be.

Hi Puzzledwoeman

In my opinion, the CDs are not necessary.

I occasionally use the CDs, but have never phased whilst using them.  They are a tool, just like stabilizers on a bike.  You will not ride a bike properly with the stabilizers on, however they are helpful for a time to get you used to the feeling - without falling off every time!

One of the things I've found out recently is that phasing is a lot easier in these circumstances:

a)  when you have had a good period of sleep.  So, if you wake early in the morning and don't have to get up, this is a great time to practice.
b)  when you remove most (if not all) thoughts from your mind.  The mind seems to need "stuff" and if it isn't getting thoughts, it will create imagery to entertain itself.  This is where phasing comes into play.  If you can remain alert and awake (mentally) while your physical body goes to sleep; if you can quiet your thoughts (which takes a lot of practice normally), then the images appear and if you don't get too excited, you can phase right into the imagery.  It's the same as walking into a dream, only you should be fully lucid.

If you read Frank's posts which Novice has pasted, and follow the steps above, you'll be well on your way.

Good luck - and any questions, just ask!  :-)
