Little Thoughts On Big Meditation

Hello.
Awhile back, I realized that every experience I have is directly related to my participation in reality.  Effectually, I created my whole reality.

I'm miserable.  So much hostility, anger, hatred, fear...  things that I can't control I've let get in the way of the real control, which is, meditation.
All of this babbling crap about banishing, types of magick, the omniverse liveth, worship of Jehovah, and all of it, what good is any of it when it comes from a violent mind?  The more I used my mind, the more confused, bewildered, and desperate I become.  It wasn't always this way...

In figurations of reality bonded to the deepest level of belief and sub conscious activity, it has been seen that meditation is both 'release/letting go' and banishing.  The simply daily progressive motions of reality have at least these three functions...1.STOP, 2.GO, and 3.FESTER.

I do recall the sky that day, when I came to Astral Pulse and read that post about the stoplights.  Spose now that's what I'm trying to say.  We don't have to live one moment of our reality in the "Universe".  It seems like we create the personas and identities of other people, not just our own.  Get real down and dirty in a meditation, and nothing has to exist.  It is simply awareness of peace and expansion of personal dimension.  I do have to wonder though, if I transcend reality, then does reality transcend?  Does everyone and everything I know transcend AWAY from my central core of silence and STOPPING?

We focus things all the time.  I know, I can see it now, I've become as mindless and perverse as those things that I formerly declared an enemy.  I cling to what dignity and innocence remains, hoping steadfastly in proud names like Jehovah and Osiris.  It's not a hard thing to let go of this reality, you just have to put the cigarettes down, and stop lifting the cup to your face.  After that, deny every thought, parasitic thought and nagging memory, and from there, you can create a space of peace from which simple visualization (imagination, inner awareness) can form things.  I know it can.

I don't really believe that anyone would join the Astral Pulse unless they had a belief in a reality like the Christian Heaven.  Might not be one kingdom under God, but it's still something that all of us here can appreciate and understand.  Some people have immense reserves of potential energy at their disposal, others are more concrete in their method.  I'm sure that anyone would agree that we can't fly in one reality when we are obsessing and frantic about in another.  So it comes down to choosing what we focus on.  And if our minds are stuck in cycles of degenerative, perverse, and parasitic thought, then we can't even phantasy to arouse a simple emotion of affection, and humour becomes almost impossible.  There's more to say concerning all of that bit, for now, I'd like to share what I think meditation is.

Here are the basic instructions...
1.Find A Spot
2.Make Sure Nothing Will Disturb Your Meditation
3.Stop all thinking and memory and fantasy, do not move your body, come to a complete STOP
4.notice what happens after, say, half an hour of sitting still and not focusing anything

So that's how we build up to our eventual, full blown dimensional-intensity shift to a higher dimension.  Personally, I think it or anything else could be done in two minutes.  Some say fifteen, others, forty five minutes.  Some say 'lifetimes'.  Either way, we have to stop, to just stop the parasitism and foolishness of our wanked out, ripped up minds.  After that, who can say,  perhaps go lay on a beach in some nice sunshine planet, watching the dolphins play.
Strength. Endurance. Speed. Resistance. Stamina. -these are dimensional, at density and frequency.
Will. Courage. Faith. Love. - these are spiritual, the power to effect Life Force.
Balance. Peace. Focus. Charge. Awareness. -mentally active self control

Nice post Chaos.
You've probably hit the nail on the head for almost everyone who meditates. To remove oneself from the daily chores. To escape the nagging of physical reality, that which we must do to continue the life cycle in this physical realm.
This escape as it appears may be a chosen path in the wider reality, just to stay intouch with whats actually the real deal. Who knows for sure?
The sandy beach of white sand leading to the ocean of dreams watching the dolphins sounds an excellent escape to many. Getting there is an achievement in itself, well worth the effort. The nearest physical reality likeness to this is work all year to pay the way to a good holiday for a time. Then repeat this each year.
The alternate reality proposed is far better especially if you've conditioned yourself to attain this pleasure.
A calmness away from it all. Pure bliss.
Gives life a better quality...
There's far more where the eye can't see.
Close your eyes and open your mind.

Thanks Szaxx.  I would have responded sooner, someone's been on my computer and had already accessed the new replies thing.  Which worries me, OH WELL, meditate!!!

Sometimes, we really do need to 'escape reality'.  It almost seems impossible to properly escape.  Some people could do it through astral projection, others would unify their body with a hyper space vibration and warp directly to another planet.  There are many methods for one thing, and many 'things' which lead to the same vantage point, freedom unlimited.

I see a lot of people in the world not taking the time.  They are so involved in their life that they don't consider that there is 'another way'.  For me, as a child, it was chaos magick, which lead to phantasy.  Having a strict Christian upbringing, at least 'as presented', didn't do me great works as far as developing my magick was considered.  So when I got into TMNT, I started to meditate, and it really did expand my consciousness, got rid of the voices, and gave me sixth sense abilities that I have since lost.

They say that if you are meditating to gain some physical benefit, then you are wasting your time.  I think we can build our own spiritual heavenly world, and then, we live in it.  I'm starting to see it as 'project consciousness an infinite distance away' and 'release consciousness at infinite distance to absolute focus value of no consciousness'.  I haven't tried this yet, too busy drinking.

Now, I'm not really sure.  Peace equals God, Christ equals Love?  So to meditate and gain peace, could mean union with God.  Anyway, thanks ya, see ya later.
