Hi everybody!I've got this issue - For a few months I haven't had a single projection,no mater how long I try!Not even close to one!I tried phasing last night for one hour i felt like I've got no body-so deep relaxed state-and nothing! If I was mentally weak I would sit In a corner and cry
Who am I is not important...My message is...

What do you do when you get to that "feeling like you have no body" feeling?

Does it also feel like there's no physical reality around you either?

If that's the case, then you've already phased and you simply need to place your Intent towards doing something.

Simo

Well I meant that I couldn't feel it no more-like there were no arms legs,torso...
Who am I is not important...My message is...

Your trying too hard. When you go to attempt to project just relax.. RELAX, and let what happens happen.

What is your goal when you are trying to Phase? Is it just to get to the Astral? If it is then congratulations you are already there. Let yourself go deeper than just the 3D darkness, you can even try to jump start the experience by visualizing a doorway/portal/bridge, whatever you would like to use as an entrance to the Astral.

Try using pre-sleep.  Take a late afternoon nap and go to bed a little later or simply set your alarm for 4 am.  Get up and move around a bit, then attempt to phase when you get that "forget it, I'm going back to bed!" feeling.

AP'ing is a journey, not a destination.   :-)

I've only felt vibrations once in my months of trying, but I keep going at it.  Trance states and meditation can be fun on their own, and I will be "in the astral" for as long as I want after my physical body has quit.  We're all going to the same place eventually!

Simo

Thanks everybody I will try again tonight! :wink:I thought I might be in the astral and I tried to turn sideways,or stand up,but I nothing,it's not like those classy exits after vibrations hehe  then I'm sure I'm doing it :-P One interesting effect - when I imagine myself rolling in bed my field of vision started spinning like I was really rolling! The top of the room becomes bottom and so...it was great

Yeah, there's no point when "waiting" will do anything for you.  As you found, you'll be waiting forever.

You need to actually DO something in order to phase/project.

What exactly have you been trying?

Simo

Well i imagined myself standing up,rolling floating towards the celling...you name it

So you didn't actually just "wait for hours".  You were trying things.

My suggestion is to forget entirely about phasing/astralprojection/whatever... and just work on meditating.  Learn to focus your mind... then learn to maintain that focus... THEN phasing should come naturally after that.

Good call Ryan, it sounds like alot of people here are trying to rush the process. It takes alot of practice to be able to OBE at will. There isn't necessarily a ton to learn to do it, but you have to lose your fear, relax and release. Which is much easier said than done. Just being able to meditate for 20 mins a day for a month is enormous progress.

Heartily agree.
It took me 6 months before I had my first conscious projection (with vibrations). Nicholas Newport's material helped.
I used this affirmation every waking moment, and even recorded it to listen at night:
"I will astral travel, I will leave my body".
I used Binaural Beats and other esoteric methods.
I read Robert Bruce and other methods. Newports' 101 will take you from A-Z.
Relax body progressively. Most stress is in the jaw. Newport will tell you how to progressively relax. Bruce has stunning relaxation methods.
You need to relax until you get the "roll over" signal. This needs to be ignored (it is very difficult). One day you will roll over - just in time - and you're in sleep paralysis.
Never felt so good in my life.
Cheers

Especially when you actually realize just how unfocused most people are.
Sitting down for even 5 minutes to "meditate" is almost impossible for a vast majority of the population... especially us lazy Westerners.

GodsProxy

Yeah, and the key is persistence and relaxation. You need to relax areas you didn't even think you had.

Some people - I admire them - take years to have an OBE. Yet they persist, and eventually get it right.

Some processes just require a little bit of persistence and then you got it. Take my switch visual context method. Right out the box - with a few hours persistence - and you get results.
