i really want to learn everything about phasing. can someone tell me where to get all of the information i need?

Check out the permanent astral topics, there are a few good threads in there dealing with phasing. Definately do a search though because there are a lot of really informative threads on phasing that haven't been made permanent yet.

I've been going all around the site trying to get information regarding phasing, reaching the 3D blackness etc. I read many threads, but there's so many its hard to get to basic information.
Is there a post and/or thread, or a book only on the how-to? Or do I have to resign myself a go through all the hundred or more (?) threads and posts, containing numerous variable on how to achieve phasing.
Help!
