So, one of the issues I'm having is that I am having physical pain when I project. It started recently, a week ago to be exact. I don't know what to make of it.
Pretty much, I am getting joint pain (especially in my arms) and muscle cramps (Get these in my legs) while I am projecting. And I have loss of balance, blurred vision, and body aches when I am done projecting. It starts a couple minutes after I start. I can't take any painkillers for this, because it not only dulls the experience, taking medicine of any kind has even temporarily shut off my projecting capabilities completely.
How do I get around this?

Have you tried stretching out the affected area?
I know the trouble that pain can bring when trying to project. Since the point is disassociate from your physical body, anything that brings your awareness BACK to it is bad. I guess you'll just have to try to work through it as best you can.
Stretching. I have to try that. Makes sense too, my new job requires a lot of muscle usage.
I would certainly try things like exercising and stretching more first, especially yoga (it helped me a lot with pain).
But if nothing else helps, you can talk to a doctor about getting Lidocane patches. They are a topical anesthetic so they won't mess with your head or anything. When I had to have surgery on my shoulder it would ache really bad when i projected for a long time. So my mom gave me her lidocane patches that she didn't use anymore and it worked wonders. There are also a lot of good topical creams and whatnot if its muscular pain, things with capcasin (the stuff in peppers).
I have absolutely the same problem. The muscle cramps first starts in right foot and it attracts my attention even If try too hard to ignore it. Then I'm stucking between the non-physical awareness and physical awareness. Some part of my mind goes further but still I feel the pain in my foot, and then the muscles cramps increases towards my arms. I tried to strectch my right foot and calf's muscles, but this time diffrent parts of my body got muscle cramps and half of my body feels the non-physicial while half of my body stuck in physical LOL it is hard to describe it. At least I can have OBEs oftenly these days, otherwise I would be sad for my "wasted time" of these idotic muscle-cramp involved meditations.
Update on my situation:
I do ten minutes of stretching and meditating without projecting, my projection is doing just fine now.
Thanks everyone for the suggestions.
