Astral projection with binaural beats

Has anyone had any success with astral projection through the use of binaural beats?  I have never astral projected, but I think Ive gotten close while listening to alpha-theta.  I begin to feel an avalanche of energy that overwhelms me, but when I really start to loose physical value my heart rate increases, which brings me back to physical awareness.

When I use my BWGen I always project the next day.  Kind of like a 'delayed reaction'.  I do know they don't work for everyone, but they work for me that way.  I don't think I've used mine in over 6 months, I save it for dry spells.

While attempting to phase, I usually use "increase creativity" by brainsync (theta) to help me do so. I'm pretty sure I can acheive focus 10 almost everytime, but I really don't feel like i have reached focus 12 because I am not that aware at all (I feel like I am more aware of my imagination than my physical body, but I'm really dazed).  Do you think that the theta beats are preventing me from reaching focus 12 (which I heard involves beta).  If so, at focus 10, what binaural waves could help me reach focus 12? Or would it be better to just use theta untill I reach focus 10 and then stop, to then continue to go even further?  I have momments where I really feel like ive became part of my imagination, but those moments do not last very long (usually 1-3 seconds).
