Hello all,

I was just wondering if anyone has any advice or suggestions for extending astral voyages. For me, these trips have always been viewed as a "side effect" of meditation and not any kind of goal of itself. Usually, I would be meditating, and suddenly I would be somewhere else, in another place and time. Kinda cool, but the problem is that there was no control of when or where I went. And while I have been allowed to see many amazing things, I have also at times, found myself in situations that where quite frightening and dangerous.

The latest such experience convinced me that I had to actively engage in developing my abilities in astral projection. My goal is to be able to project with full, conscious control anytime I choose and to stay out for as long as I choose.

Since finding this board, and incorporating some of the staggering amounts of information here into my training, I can already see progress. The problem I have is that the trips I have been having lately are very short, and still without any control of when or where I go. I usually find myself in a strange environment for a few moments, and then I am back to myself, C1 I think you call it.

So do any of you know any techniques for extending the trip. I think I read in one of Frank's posts that he could sometimes stay out for hours.  :-o Wow.

Any help would be appreciated.
