Astral projection as healing?

If something is troubling you, can you use astral projection to heal yourself, or to make yourself feel better? When, or if, you project, is it possible to do something, or go to a place, that will straighten out whatever's troubling you, if it's not a physical ailment?

I would say that yes, you can heal yourself using astral projection.

However, I would also say that you can heal yourself without using astral projection.

My advice would be to meditate, calm the mind (you don't have to strive to have an empty mind as this is very hard to do, in my opinion), but simply calm the mind down a little and just be.

At first, you will find that you can do this for perhaps 10 seconds and then you start asking yourself questions and so on.  Give it time, practice every day, even if for 5 minutes, and soon you will see that you can quieten the mind for minutes at a time.

Then you realise you have come to a place within yourself that is so peaceful, so calm and so beautiful, you never want to leave.  And it resides within yourself!  It is always there for you.  I liken it to being afloat on a vast ocean, but being anchored and safe at the same time. 

At any time, you can visit this place.  This is where you will do your healing.  When there, you focus on what you wish to heal, imagine yourself totally healed (whether emotionally, physically or mentally) and when you return to physical normality, you trust that you are healed.  You thank the Universe for that healing and get on with your life, without thinking another thought about what was bothering you.  You don't question if it's worked or not, you trust it has and therefore get on with your life.

It works.  Honestly.  I'm not lying.
