I have vibrations every night, but can,t leave.

- the vibrations are very short, so how can someone leave in so little time?

- what tecnique should i use. I use det roll over but it´s not working :-(

It's not always advisable to try ap at night... Cause of some restrictions, it's always better waking up a few hours in the morning, let's say 4AM but I like 5AM. Some say, wake up around 4AM and lie down immediately and try aping but personally, I like waking around 5AM, have breakfast, do some chores, then, relax, listen to some binaural beat and then relax and surely strong vibrations will come. All these is what I do, I don't know about you, it might be different, just experiment.
Welcome to the pulse.
Good luck.
With Love.
To Love or not to Love, that is the question.

Vibrations don't mean that's the time to get out.  You can project after the vibes are gone.

Well, I hate the roll out method. I have never needed to use it. I just kind of roll out without trying.

I get it, if I was going to describe it, I would call it rolling out. It just seems like a very misleading piece of information to keep on the top of you mind when you should be more worried about not thinking about anything.

You will know when you are in the right place to start projection. I like to think about it like I have a gun with one bullet in it. That bullet is focusing up at my crown chakra. You want the whole experience to get very very mature before you pull the trigger. Pulling the trigger too soon makes it all sorts of difficult. Wait until you get that falling into you bed feeling. Its the same one you get when coming out of a falling dream.

It's more complicated then that, but that piece of info should do the trick just fine for now.

Best luck on your journeys.

Cheers,
Contenteo

If by 'quit zone' you mean 'time to exit' there are a few things to go by, and everyone is different.  For me, if I'm seeing people or landscapes (not flashes, actual lasting images) of if I'm seeing through the eyelids, then I know it's time.

You shouldn't worry about any of these things.  Just observe, and pay attention.  If your mind goes someplace, let it, and simply and gently bring it back to observing.
Worrying about not thinking is as counterproductive as thinking about sensations.

Wait til the vibes have stopped, and sometimes you do not need vibes at all to do an exit. It's a wrong myth that you need vibes to be able to exit. I do get pre-exit vibes about 50% of my projections. Sometimes only very slight ones.

I do not do this all the time. So I only recommend the following method (or better: strategy) if you think it is sth for you. For some people it is not an option because of pride or a kind of 'I wanna do it all by myself'-attitude. Anyway, I have had some really really wonderful experiences with it and so I recommend to you to give it a shot:

Before going to bed talk to your guide(s) or your higher self. Ask them (or do affirmations as to this) to help you out when the vibrations come. And by helping out I mean it quite literally.
One of my first exits I did was even this way and I did it naturally. So when you get into the state and the vibes set in (or have stopped) spread out a hand or just say 'help me out please'. It is highly likely that s.o. will grab you and help you out. Believe me, many people experience it this way. As your helpers are normally still operating at a higher frequency level than you, you normally do not see them. So you will have 'felt' a hand, but when you are finally out and have vision (probably in your bedroom) you don't see anybody. Perhaps it is also because it is not wished for and you just asked for assistance for the exit. The helpers aren't necessarily always the same people (and I am telling this from experience as I have seen them and there were different ones and one of them also told me once that there are many helping me), but all of them are nice and want to (literally) 'give you a hand' when you ask for it.

Don't be shy - give it a try. It's also a method to meet really NICE people!
