Remembered a very old phasing experience

I was randomly in a deep trail of thought trying to review my recent phasing attempts. While doing so I remembered an experience I had about four years ago.

I was falling asleep, like any other night. I don;t know if this will make any sense at all but I was about 75% asleep. As I spend about 7-10 hours a day on the computer all I could see in my mind was a chat room and I was talking with someone. I had no idea that I was in a different state of consciousness. I had no knowledge of phasing, astral projection lucid dreams or anything of the sort. Suddenly I realized "Hey, aren't I lying in my bed?" but I was still focusing on the chat room as I was not completely conscious. I decided to experiment a little and typed something in the input box, I could not see or feel my arms or fingers moving to type. At that point I heard the same "door stopper" noise I have recently been hearing.

Not very important, I just thought it was cool that I had done something like that and discarded it. Now I know what the experience was :)
