nope as this a learning experince i whant to learn more now. :lol: what i think i need is a how to deeply relax my physical body becouse its never ready for astral projection meditation just calms me down.
For me it takes time. You can also play some binaural beats http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Py7e6GKb9-w&feature=related . That one works for me.
Focus your attention in anything really. The blackness for example. You really have to go deep in that concentration.
it's about time, most of all: practice. I had the exact same problem as you, I could never be totally physically relaxed. Once you're over that you'll get to the next step and so on.
I think the key is to not expect anything, but simply watch. And follow your own experiences, think about them, and break them through. See what you did, what you thought, be honest to your self. Not expecting anything is hard, just pick a method that works for you (stare at one point in the blackness, or imagine your self playing football, ...etc) And focus on that, nothing else, forget about the rest.
That's what I'm doing for now. Twice a day, every single day. Seems to start working.
Let me add; Relaxing your body should be something you shouldn't notice, cause you are too busy focusing on something else.
cool thanks im doing mediation twice a day now im stuck at the bordem stage its not that im bored of meditation its just i keep think how long have been sitting there after an hour and then i seem to give up maybey thats why im not relaxing

When you start to think how long have I been doing this, that is the time to end it. That has happened to me. I find if I still keep trying when my mind is not into it I am wasting my time. It is good that you give up when that happens.
oh thanks thought i was doing it wrong i wonder how buddist do it for 4 hours ?
Because they devote their life to it and nothing more.
