seeing my thoughts in meditaion ?

im not phazing just mediting on the breath and about 1 hour 30 minutes i can see my houghts  in full what dose that meen.

I'll have a try at this.
There is some confusion as to what constitutes a 'thought'.
There are logical thoughts, intuitive types of thoughts, and even creative types of thought.
In my experience 'thinking', true thought does not require any vocabulary.  It is pure sentience and knowledge.  If you are 'seeing your thoughts', perhaps you have done what (many) fail to do.  You have activated/opened, unlocked, or gone into your inner awareness which can also be said to be your third eye.

I would need a little more detail on exactly how you are seeing them.  Is it something that you see external to your body, or is like a movie screen in your mind?  Regardless, keep on with it.  You can develop your third eye to do many things, though usually, you develop it in stages and one ability at a time.  I've lost more than I could regain, I can just say that if you are having an awakening of imagination, PM me and I can give you an exercise to help you.  This exercise is the Star Point Meditation, and some people will recall that I've posted about it before.  See, I don't know if you can already visualize or have inner sight, or if you are just gaining it.  Let me know ok sweetie?

Actually you ARE phasing. 

You're beginning to see hypnogogic images.
Just keep doing what you're doing at this point... and ALLOW the natural process of Phasing to occur.

thanks mage  at the moment it starts with just corners of what  im rembering,i can see the walls and who ever is inside and hear them talking, i think thats my own thoughts talking.then it gose to a wight screen there was a laptop spining around and wight forck, spining on it aswell thay where stitting in a small wight wall type room. like thay use to film tv adverts.

i seem to be going back to my body in like 5 or 10 minutes my hole room now phazes with the images. how do you stay out longer.

First, ignore this concept of "leaving" and "going back" to your body.  Forget it for the time being...

Your next step now is to figure out how to "allow" yourself to experience those images directly.

It's the act of bringing your awareness completely to the images, and forgetting about the physical. 

You're doing great so far!!

it dose seem to work when i fall asleep like  i wake up in my memories like say  i wake up on my old street where i used to live its a realtime zone aswell but i loose lucidity as the dream blacks out and starts again. i can point out my old house and then i start to run then loose it and it returns to a normal dream.

You're losing the experience because you're not focused enough in that reality frame yet.
Get focused, strengthen the experience... THEN go off and do what you want, while keeping the focus and strength.

As I said, you're doing great.   You just need to bring that focus and strength to your projections and maintain that.   :-)

This is the point where learning to meditate can really help you maintain that focus.

cool thanks can you do a tutorial on focus for carrng it over in to your dreams. and also i think it need explaining that you project in to your memories when phazing,a bit more on this site. unless i missed it newbies could be doing it and not no thay are doing it.

Your memories are but only possible location you might end up while projecting/phasing/obeing/whateveryouwanttocallit-ing...
One SMALL possible place. 

There's no correlation to the "type" (even though "type" is nothing but a perspective and belief, hence it's nothing objective) of projection you do and 'where' you'll end up.  The only thing that guides 'where' you'll end up is your perspective and belief.  Nothing more.

yes 100 percent  fully lucid i talking to a  dream person who i new in real life i was walking down my street describing what has happend since thay moved  i was fully awear of my surroundings doing a running commantry. after saying to my self during a 2 hour meditation. im dreaming before  bed.

Sounds like fun! Sometimes when drifting off to sleep I start seeing images flash/play out in my mind. I have a hard time remembering the details after I realize it's going on, though. Very interesting stuff! And I agree that experiences are much more enjoyable if you don't put a classification to it. Just breath... and enjoy.

i see what you meen i was like that but i have onley advance becouse of meditation. i onley noticed it was my memories becouse i dident panic  becouse of meditation, and it was always the same place i thought it was just a dream. until i could gain my focus  and control.
