I've always been able to tune in to my "astral frequencies" pretty easily. In fact, when i was a child I used to hear the ringing all the time till i came to hate it.Now though, I can only hear one ear ringing although as long as it's quiet i can tune  in on it well. What I'm wondering is, how do I get the ringing in my other ear back? How does it sound like? What's wrong?

I have this feeling that i f I remedy this issue I'll be able to astral project taking the whole buzzing sound route.

as always, thanks very much in advance.

How's the weather in your area?  How are your sinuses, any colds coming on?
I find that sometimes, when there are sudden changes in atmospheric pressure, I will get ringing in one ear.  Once it equalizes it goes away.  This is different than 'regular' ringing, etc.

Why does it matter?

If you're trying to focus on it to OBE then one ear should be enough.  Unless it's disturbing you and making you focus on your body.
be awesome.

Well I live in California at the edge of a desert although there's been some very damp weather lately.Strangely I can hear both ringings in my ears when I sit up cross legged and meditate which was how I first projected.Im worried though that i'll detach from by body and it'll land on my bed and wake me up or something.Strange but true and yes i can focus but i'd prefer to hear them in both ears so that it can envelop my mind basically.

Oh and side question.Has anyone projected sitting up?Cause that's how I did it the one time I successfully had an OBE and saw that my body was lying on my bed. Also, can anyone help me with the whole 3rd eye concept?

I am guessing a quick search here or on google for "third eye" would show up nice results :)

I've got ringing in both ears, it's called Tinnitus. It's not pleasant, 24 hours a day for the rest of my life. It's usually caused by hearing lose. I have had it for many years, and weather conditions also affect it. Also consentrating on it makes it louder.
I wouldn't use it myself to try to AP.

Woo hoo, I'm 2 star!
