searching a simple method.

hello
i can't say i'm new to this. neither of these things like obe:s and lucid dreaming and such, but i wanted to ask you for a method that is very remembarable for trancemeditating. one that has worked for you.

i know many methods of trancendating and meditating, but it's never really summerized in a book or so how you should do your daily meditation and which techniques to use.
just a reliable method that i simple and doesn't bore of my restless mind. ;P
