Which Hypnosis cd is effective for conscious astral travel and meeting spirit guide(s)? Steve G. Jones(costly, but well known person), or a couple I saw on ebay from the U.K.---"Hypnotherapy cd-meet your spirit guides" and "Hypnosis session on cd-meet your spirit guides". ? Or what hypnosis cd have you used, how effective is it, and how long did it take to achieve *Significant* Results? thanks

One cd will not accomplish what you are looking for I say this by my own experiences. I have auto-obe's what I like to call them twice a month but since they are auto I can not control my OBE body at will it just takes me where it wants me to go. I tried doing it myself but to no avail something would always happen to divert my attention and once that happens its over!

I have a suggestion but it might take a leap of faith on your part: The question for you is how determined are you to learn this natural gift in all of us? Not any one push of a button and zoom your off! Maybe and just maybe there might be that 1/10 of one percentage that it would work for using one cd the first time but I have news for most your brain will quickly adapt itself to the new stimuli after you had your first OBE. This is who and what we are but we must work around this problem and remember it's only a problem when we are trying new stimuli. After about 4 years of trying most cd's out there and believe me it wasn't cheap I would either have a OBE that night and when I listened again to the cd it would not allow me to OBE anymore I did it for a week or two and still no results but back then I didn't know about the Brain Adaptation problem until this year!

I listen specifically to his "Delta" Binaural cd, OMG! before using the cd for the first time I was not dreaming at least remember any dreams at any time in my life that was a problem for me but one I could possibly live with.
