i did mentally ask for someone to pull me out, and some random girl did and still does on occasion....not sure who or what she is....really futuristic looking....like 13 ish years old...silver dress...silver swimming cap looking deal on her head.....really nice...never talks tho...just sends me this really calm vibe....just helps me out when I'm vibrating but not coming out....i bet in time ill learn who she is...

That's cool experiences amyl1427. Maybe she's from one of the future time lines.

About pulling people out, someone like Jerry Gross is good at honing in on your physical/Etheric bodies time line (RT). He could do it, but I don't know if he could force the memories/experiences in your physical.
