Interesting video, Thank You for sharing!  :-)

He uses quite a few labels. That can confuse a lot of people. But, his explanations and the examples he uses help to remove any confusion caused by this.

He also takes an entirely different approach to his discussion than other speakers of OOBEs use.

I do like his explanation of "Witness Consciousness" though. I have never heard that term before.

Welcome to Astral Pulse Falco. Same here Lionheart, I have also heard that term first time in my life. Thanks Falco for sharing this amazing video.

Thanks mates.Yeah very different from usual talk about this kind of stuff.I think it has some subtle stuff in it.,i don't understand all of it ,it is interesting how he says that key thing is detachment.Long time ago I noticed that when I woke up in the morning I go trough usual faze of drowsiness(hipnopompic),then comes faze when I am completely wake but peaceful, calm.I can go with my own business or continue to sleep, either way.I suspected that this state is somewhat important for experiencing NPRM(astral),this is kind of yes to my thinking I will see I guess with practice...also he talks about another key thing that is ego less  state(sounds like Tom Campbell there )

I've often wondered what I could do during an OBE that tied in with the 'liberation of the mind'
as oppose to the 'power of the mind' as he says. I'd love to head off and see some dinosaurs,
majestic pyramids or mountain ranges but I can't help but feel the first thing I should do is
find out how OBEs can help me better myself and improve my meditations. To some degree
this was answered. I also liked his description of Vipassana:

"I call it the super-adult watching the freaking out animal, that's what the process of mediation is.
And every moment the super-adult watches the raging freaking beast within, some of the solidity of
that beast goes away."

Just remember all work and no play makes Elli a dull boy!

The key is to find a balance between the two of them. Have fun while learning!

Good point  :-P
2 OBEs in 3 days so hopefully the law of averages can pave me a road to Rivendell tomorrow morning
I'm sure theres got to be something fun to do in middle-earth.
Or maybe I'll summon Morgan Freeman to give me life advice

A good choice for a mentor, but he's still alive. Try James Earl Jones!
