There isn't a simple start guide.  Doing astral travel isn't like pushing the "Quick Start" button on the cardio equipement at the gym. There are quite few preparatory exercises to learn.  Get the book Astral Dynamics by Robert Bruce. Reading it and doing the exercises is the most direct route to astral travel. There is information about it and other books on this site. It is also available on Amazon.com and other book seller sites.

As was already said above, I would also highly recommend the book Astral Dynamics. However, if for some reason you want to start with online resources there are a couple of options. First, look into our File Library at the link at the top of the page. You'll find eBooks and downloads there that may be what you want.

I second (third?) the suggestion for "Astral Dynamics" by Robert Bruce.  It's a big, thick book and is a bit dense at times, but don't be intimidated.  It's so helpful and thorough, touching on all the little side issues that come up with AP.  It's helped me quite a bit.  

It may not be simple and short, but you'll know exactly where to start and what to do next if you read it.

Can someone please give me a link or an guide by Robert Bruce to start astral travel? The thing is when there is so much information and links my mind gets overwhelmed and excited and I don't know where to start? All I want is simple start guide to astral travel for a novice such as me, I'm really eager to learn and practice it.
