Title: Snoring sound
Post by: Astralsuzy on October 02, 2012, 17:43:50
Hi all, I often hear myself snore but I am not asleep.  I am aware on what is going on.  My mouth is closed so I am wondering is it possible to snore when my mouth is closed?  What do you think?  Next time it happens I am going to visualise something.  I must be ready to get out of my body.

I think you can also snore, when your mouth is closed.

At least i can do it (my wife complains often about it ).

Thanks for that.  At least I know it is nothing unusual.

I've found i've done this before also when I have gone to sleep and at some point heard myself snore. Does anyone know what this is? is this the definite mind awake body asleep state?

Tilt your head back a little more ... you may open your mouth and drool but at least you won't snore or at least most people won't. Annoying isn't it.

or don't use a big pillow.

Sometimes i find it more comfortable removing my pillow, placing it on my tummy and resting my hands on it. This just feels really comfortable and stops me from creating too much noise... although I don't completely snore as such... apparently. ;)
