hi can someone explain to me how to do the technique described by koetting with looking at the ceiling and seeing static rain.

Lucid Dreaming

It's all *THE SAME THING*.  No differences.

As for the technique listed...
It's just another "focus away from your physical body" type technique... nothing new and it won't take you anywhere different from any other projection method.
It's a fine technique... even though the description is a little too simplistic.

Quite literally, this person's ego is massive huge and I'd probably suggest staying away from them.  They want to feel super special... that's all. 
Not to mention that the individual who runs that site is trying to make a profit... so they're going to tell you whatever it is they can in order to sell sell sell.
It's beyond apparent to me that they haven't a clue what they're talking about and are only interested in their pocketbook... with that said, it's entirely up to you waste your money.

I completely agree with Xanth, he has sale pitche's all around his website. He further raises up his ego by stating that hes a god, from mastering all his abilities. One thing I learn that those that master such techniques lose all attachments to self.(trying my hardest not to judge)

Try the technique if it works for you, I wouldn't suggest buying it. It is something as Xanth explain, has been previously shown and just slightly changed.

Some people will say different things but it means the same.   They think if they say different words it will sell and it sounds special.   It is not anything different.  I agree with what the others said.
