Title: Staying on the etheric plane
Post by: dingo on January 24, 2009, 08:09:26
This always happens to me (as it did this morning): when I project, I start out on the etheric plane, and have brilliant realistic sensations of movement, etc. but I'm blind. Whatever I do to get my vision back, what I see is so far removed from the physical plane, I'm often viewing extremely old (> 50 years) thoughtforms left behind from when someone else lived here, or sometimes I'm entirely on the astral plane.

Viewing old thoughtforms and exploring the astral is all fun, but I would like to explore something closer to the physical. How can I stop myself from drifting?

I think you should ground yourself more, somehow, try LBPR. If you want to have more stable projecting, you should control yourself more, if you want more interesting projections you should expand you understanding with knowledge.

Adept has been described as being able to take active control of elemental spirits as well as the physical and astral conditions of non-adepts - i wonder how many people can fulfil this
