How do you go from wanting to learn the basics to learning advanced skills so quickly? It is not like a textbook you pick up and read from cover to cover. When you start at the beginning and do practices to cultivate energy, you become a different person. Learning about energy leads to learning about the elements. Then you can learn to control them. By that time you are a much different person than the one who set out to learn.

But, my question still stands where did you go to learn to control your energy, is there a book on it?  A website? I mean, I would really like to know..... []

Yeah i'm saying I don't know how, where to start really.  I mean, I tried one thing to make a ki ball, for a while, but I think it was bogus.  I got zilch.  That's it, I can't find anyplace to learn how, can someone just send me a link , I mean, anyplace that will tell me the basics?!?! ......

get the NEW (new energy ways) document. it's a free download off this site somewhere or another. It's the best energy development system i've ever encountered

that's how i got started, with no one to help me []. boo hoo i was soo alone. lol. just kidding. []

it's probably better that i had no one to help me because i can see that i am only limited by my imaginiation and understanding, while it seems that many others (though not all) tend to think that there is a limiting factor in the energy itself. well, whatever. hope you get good at it. []
